SUMMER WEDDINGS SAUNDERS FARM WEDDINGS & RECEPTIONS

Available from the long weekend in May until mid-September Saunders Farm is a historic 100 acre farm in Munster, located just 30 minutes southwest of downtown Ottawa (only 15 minutes from Kanata). Log buildings built by the first settlers to the region are set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens to create a quiet and unique atmosphere to start your lives together.

Saunders Farm is unlike anything you’ve seen before. We guarantee you’ll be pleasantly surprised. There is an outdoor ceremony site for each of our beautiful reception facilities. You and your guests are also welcome to stroll through our gardens and hedge mazes. Any of the lovely vistas on the Farm are at your disposal for photographs. Rectangular tables and chairs are included in all rentals.

Saunders Farm offers complete catering and bar service for your wedding. We can also work with your caterer. We look forward to meeting with you to ensure that your wedding reflects the event that you want.

Reception Facilities 


• The Log Barn: a beautifully restored 180-year-old log building, with stone fireplaces and a cozy atmosphere seats up to 80 persons on the main level. Hand-crafted cedar tables and chairs are included.

• The Pavilion: a large log and timber-frame structure which seats up to 210 persons and overlooks our beautiful landscaped hillside and ponds. Rectangular tables and folding chairs included.

• Site Features: 20 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, historic log buildings, The Amazing Mazes - 8 growing hedge mazes, two wooden mazes, indoor washrooms, hilltop gazebos, herb gardens and arboretum, wheelchair accessible facilities joined by paved pathways
