We offer three fantastic Saunders Farm themed packages for your fun-filled birthday party: Fairy Garden Party, Pirate Palooza Party and the Barnyard Bash.
Package for 8 children includes:
· Admission to the Farm for 8 children.
· Attractions (Jumping Pillows, Pedal Carts, 11 Mazes, The Watering Hole Spray Zone, Wagon Ride, Mara’s Maze Quest Puppet Show, Farmer Bill’s Barnyard and Tree House, Captain Saunders Pirate Ship, Discovery Barn, and more!
· A birthday host/hostess to serve the birthday party lunch at your table
· Pizza Lunch* served on a take-home Frisbee (one per child)
· Plates, beverage cups, cutlery, napkins
· Saunders Farm birthday T- shirt for Birthday Child
· Invitation template with map for you to send out to your invited guests
*Lunch includes:
Choice of individual pepperoni or cheese pizza, Veggie stix and dip, Pitcher of cold lemonade, Saunders Farm soft serve ice cream
Summer Birthdays*- $250.00 includes HST
*Summer Birthday Package costs are for 8 children. A maximum of 4 adults accompanying the party will be entitled to free admission.
- Each additional child: $25 includes HST. (Admission and lunch)
- Each additional adult: $16 includes HST (Admission only)
- Additional pizzas: $4.00 per individual pizza
- Pitcher of lemonade: $4.99
- Birthday Guides: If you would like your birthday party guests to be accompanied by a Saunders Farm guide, the cost is $15/hour (2 hour minimum) and must be booked in advance.
- LOOT BAG IDEA- a unique loot Bag idea- Saunders Farm Gem Mine Gem Mine activity- See how panning for gold was done in our retro Slce and Gem Mine! Select a small bag of Pay Dirt with either gems and watch in wonder as you pan away the dirt in flowing water troughs to reveal your haul! $6.00 per person.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much time do you recommend for our visit? We recommend 3 hours for your party. You can certainly spend more time here.
2. What is the cost of admission for parents and helpers? The packages include admission for up to 4 parents/helpers for free. If you want to feed them too, at additional cost, you can order from our birthday party menu or enjoy a selection of foods from our farm fresh menu at The Farmer’s Table.
3. Can I order extra food? If you’d like any additional food for your party (pizza, lemonade, or a selection of farm fresh food from The Farmers Table for the adults in your party), please let us know at the time of booking.
4. Can I bring a birthday cake? Yes. We will be happy to safely store your birthday cake until your lunch period. However, we are unable to accommodate ice cream/frozen cakes.
Please note:
Booking reservation must be confirmed 7 days in advance of the birthday party.
A 7-day notice of cancellation is required by Saunders Farm.
Payment in full is required upon entry at our Farm Shop. For your convenience, payment may be made by cash, cheque, Interac, Visa or Mastercard.
Gifts are the full responsibility of the birthday family.
Saunders Farm cannot be responsible for the storage or security of these items.
