The Saunders Family invites companies, government groups and associations to enjoy the unique and inspiring atmosphere of the Farm and to Play, Learn and Grow.

Saunders Farm hosts events for groups from 10 to 3000 persons. Our experience in hosting events is well-established and recognized by both large international companies and many smaller locally-owned companies.

Our food service staff is responsible for the preparation/set-up/service and clean up of meals and snacks for the group throughout the day. 

Games Coordinators are responsible for making sure that each group gets a unique experience overflowing with FUN.  They greet each guest as they enter the farm, organize and run themed games and activities and guide attendees through the wonders of the farm. 

The maintenance crew ensures that the grounds and facilities are cleaned and set up before the event, maintained during the event and thoroughly cleaned after the event has finished. 

Job Requirements for all positions:
Must be at least 14 years of age
Must be able to work long hours, evenings and weekends
Must be available to attend all required trainings
Must have own transportation to and from the farm (Saunders Farm is NOT on a bus route)
