Saunders Farm Children’s Christmas Parties

We’re proud to offer you a fun-filled event featuring a wide selection of activities, farm-fresh food and the very best in facilities and staff. Each reservation is based on a 2-hour, fun-filled event.

Choose either a Saturday or Sunday, 11:00 AM to 1pm or 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Dates available include December 6-21, 2008.

In December our Site Features:

· Century-old log buildings nestled amidst 25 acres of walkways
· Exceptional tree forts and safe play structures for the children
· Hilltop gazebos overlooking the beauty of Mother Nature and her surroundings
· Indoor washrooms with baby change stations
· Supervised free parking for over 800 vehicles
· Friendly, knowledgeable staff and associates; qualified First Aid staff always on site

Indoor Heated Facilities on Site:

The Log Barn:
a beautifully restored 150-year-old log building, with stone fireplaces and a cozy atmosphere. Seats up to 95 persons on the main level and 90 persons on the second floor. Hand-crafted cedar tables and chairs or rectangular tables and folding chairs are included. Minimum group package charge in The Log Barn is for 35 people.

The Pavilion:
a large log and timber-frame structure overlooking our beautiful landscaped hillside and ponds. Rectangular tables and folding chairs included. (Seats up to 250 persons). Minimum group package charge in The Pavilion is for 200 people.

Activities Include:
· Cut-your-own Christmas Trees - Over 2000 pine and spruce trees! Choose from tightly pruned, or some great Charlie Brown specials! Trees start at $40.
· Christmas Tree Wagon Ride - Climb aboard a hay wagon bound for the Christmas Tree Forest. If you prefer to cut your own, we'll let you off where you can choose and cut down your perfect Christmas tree from our wide selection.
· Santa, in his antique sleigh, departs from his busy schedule to visit with the children.
· Christmas Kids Discovery Barn – is transformed into an exciting winter fantasy.
· Winter Wonderland – you can explore the tree forts, slides, play structures on the Farm

Packages available:
Snack Package - Includes a selection of freshly baked Christmas cookies (2 per person) and choice of a pop, juice, milk, hot chocolate or coffee.

Deluxe Snack Package - Includes a selection of freshly baked Christmas cookies (2 per person), snacks at each table (popcorn, chips and cheezies) and choice of a pop, juice, milk, hot chocolate or coffee.

Hot Dog Lunch Package - Includes one hot dog, a selection of freshly baked Christmas cookies (2 per person), snacks at each table (popcorn, chips and cheezies) and choice of a pop, juice, milk, hot chocolate or coffee
