The Saunders Family invites corporations, government groups and associations to enjoy the unique and inspiring atmosphere of our Ottawa Farm, to eat healthy and delicious farm fresh foods, and to rediscover FUN. Saunders Farm creates amazing corporate picnic and events experiences for groups from 50 to 5000 persons. Our experience in hosting events is well-established and recognized by both large international companies and many smaller locally-owned companies.

Saunders Farm provides great value with its vast green spaces, ample free parking, abundance of activities and privacy. All you have to do is show up!

Permanent Indoor Seating Facilities:
The Log Barn: a beautifully restored 150-year-old log building, with stone fireplaces and a cozy atmosphere. Seats up to 95 persons on the main level and 90 persons on the second floor. Hand-crafted cedar tables and chairs or rectangular tables and folding chairs are included.

The Pavilion: a large timber-frame structure overlooking our beautiful landscaped hillside and ponds. Seats up to 250 persons. Rectangular tables and folding chairs included.
