Saunders Farm creates amazing events and experiences for groups from 20 to 5000 persons. Our experience in hosting events is well-established and recognized by large international companies, smaller locally-owned companies, government departments and associations. We provide great value with our vast green spaces, ample free parking, and abundance of activities, farm fresh foods and privacy. All you have to do is show up!

Garden Tour Amenities: Century-old log buildings amidst 25 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and paved pathways Vast perennial and herb gardens for self-guided walking enjoyment Indoor washrooms with baby change stations Supervised free parking for over 800 vehicles Friendly, knowledgeable staff qualified First Aid staff always on site Indoor Seating Facilities.

The Log Barn: a beautifully restored 150-year-old log building, with stone fireplaces and a cozy atmosphere. Hand-crafted cedar tables and chairs or rectangular tables and folding chairs are included. Capacity 85 persons. The Pavilion: a large timber-frame structure overlooking our beautiful landscaped hillside and ponds. Rectangular tables and folding chairs included. Capacity 250 persons with additional seating on the porch for 60 more persons.
